As we begin our second installment of The Blue Blog, the topic is Mindset. Just like the mentality of preparing for a workout, we should approach life with a focused mindset. Like preparing for a workout, you are preparing for the pain, but you are focused on the reward of the results. In contrast, often in life we seek to prepare for things, but lose focus of the goal. Seek to remain focused on what is important, focused on things that matter in your life that pushes your growth as a person. Every day is a new day to be better than the last. Stay focused on the goal to soon reap the benefits of the preparation. What are some ways to improve your mindset to ensure that you never quit?
